THE EBRD ONLINE COURSE FOR BUSINESS CONSULTANTS LAUNCHED

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development training course for business consultants “How to start your own consulting business” has started. Online training from the cycle "Develop your consulting business" is organized in cooperation with the European Union.

It brought together over 20 participants - individual consultants and representatives of consulting companies that have been working on the market for 1-2 years.

The first part of the course, which will be conducted by a certified management consultant, Member of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Management Consultants, member of the League of Coaches of Kazakhstan Aizhan Duysebaeva, will last until September 22. It includes familiarity with the conditions and requirements for starting a consulting business, basic methodologies for effective consulting, as well as the process of creating consulting products.

The second part will take place from 28 to 30 September 2021. Participants will gain a detailed understanding of how to sell consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses and attract new clients.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development aims to create a strong and competitive market for business consulting in Turkmenistan. In this regard, he offers small and medium-sized enterprises the business advice they need to be successful.

The creation and development of a competitive market for business consulting requires qualified and competent consultants. Each year, the EBRD, in partnership with the European Union, conducts a series of “Grow Your Consulting Business” training courses for local consultants to improve their skills, provide them with the resources and methodology for effective and efficient consulting. To date, the EBRD, in partnership with the European Union, has trained more than 130 local consultants in trainings from the “Grow Your Consulting Business” series of trainings.
