SEASON OF WINTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS STARTS IN CHILDREN HEALTH-IMPROVING CENTRES
School students from all parts of Turkmenistan have left for Gyokdere. They will spend their winter holidays in children health-improving centres located in this natural pearl.
Tradition of seeing off ceremony took place on the square in front of the Children and Youth Palace. Children were seen off by parents, teachers, art collectives of the Palace studios, who performed number of New Year numbers, as well as Ayaz Baba, Garpamyk, fairy tale characters and the Mouse – the symbol of 2020.
Motorcade of brightly decorated buses left the place heading toward Gyokdere where young citizens are expected with cordial welcome and celebration events with participation of famous artists and children artistic collectives.
Health resorts of Gyokdere and health-improving centres in the regions of the country have all conditions for active leisure and informative time spending for the children. Specialists of ministers of education, sports and youth affairs, culture, health protection and medical industry, public organizations have developed rich programme, which includes sport competitions and artistic contests, meetings with art masters, tours to museums and theatres, stage plays, literature evenings and many other.
Sections by interests, computer and foreign language classes are organized for school students. University students studying pedagogics will come to help teachers.
Tours to the capital to visit the State Museum, Älem Cultural and Entertainment Centre, Ashgbat Amusement Park as well as other events will be organized for children.
