GOVERNMENT MEMBERS CONGRATULATE THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN ON HIS BIRTHDAY
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers and State Security Council of Turkmenistan. The event dedicated to good news – reports from the regions on fulfilment of obligations for production of wheat by the farmers, has been held before the session.
Extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers and State Security Council of Turkmenistan took place thereafter. In the beginning of the session, addressing the participants, the President noted that members of the Government have seen the course of the harvest, reforms in agricultural complex as well as work of the farmers, who achieve high results owing to support and help of the Government, during recent working trips to the regions.
Powerful agricultural equipment, rich yield of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops have been presented on sites. Looking at endless wheat field grows up the mood, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said, having highlighted that this is the result of work of people who dedicated their life with farming.
After, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave floor to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister R. Meredov.
On behalf of the members of the Government, heads of ministries and departments of the country, the Vice-premier congratulated the Head of the State on special date for Turkmen people – reaching the age of the Prophet, having sincerely wished strong health, longevity and successful realization of initiative large-scale reforms.
It was noted that constructive policy, which is pursued by Turkmen leader and targeted to full-scale use of huge geopolitical, economic, resources and human potential by neutral Turkmenistan for successful solution of the utmost objectives of national and global development, has gained wide recognition and authority in the world arena.
Peace-loving foreign policy of Turkmenistan, which is open for interested beneficial collaboration, innovative approach to solution of current regional and global modern issues, receives high appraisal of the world political circles.
All of them expressed keen interest in intensification of traditional relations with our country both on bilateral and multilateral basis under competent international organizations and structures.
Internal policy, which is pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and has brightly expressed social orientation, is a special pride of Turkmenistan citizens. Being self-sufficient country with developed ramified economy and rich natural resources, Turkmenistan declared a human as the highest values of the state and society.
The Vice-premier highlighted that significant improvement of life level of the population, for which all conditions for happy and prosperous life are made, is a visual evidence of correct and well-thought political course of the Head of the State.
After, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch. Amanov who congratulated President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday and addressed him the best wishes on behalf of personnel of the Armed Forces and military and law enforcement structures.
Gratitude for multidimensional military reforms, which is aimed at the strengthening of power of National Army, improvement of defensive capability of the country, further enhancement of activity of military and law enforcement structures, modernization of their equipment and facility base, has been expressed to the Head of Turkmenistan.
It was highlighted that successfully pursuing peace-loving foreign policy, independent neutral Turkmenistan is strictly adhered to the principles of the Military Docrine, which has exclusively defensive character.
Expressing gratitude for fatherly care of noble Motherland defenders, the Vice-premier, Secretary of the state Security Council Ch. Amanov assured that Turkmen military personnel would always serve to native people and beloved country with honour.
After, Governor of Mary Region D. Annaberdiyev has congratulated the Head of the State on remarkable 63rd anniversary on behalf of all officials of the regions and capital.
Having expressed sincere gratitude to all for good wishes on his birthday, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that all areas of activity of our state and society are marked with success. New cities and villages, residential complexes, children and kindergartens, other social, cultural and production facilities are built in the country.
Turkmen leader has informed that farmers reported on fulfilment of contractual obligations and by this, made considerable contribution to the strengthening of food safety of the country. More than 1,400,000 tons of selected wheat was produced in the state. Is not it a happiness when the barns are full of wheat and people have fresh bread on their tables?!
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that good results are also achieved in other sections of the economy. We are proud of our success, which cheer up our mood and inspire for new achievements. International authority of our independent state, which follows the principles of its neutral and legal status, is growing steadily.
Our home and foreign policies, proposed initiatives find response and support of the world community. Today, neutral Turkmenistan has become known as a peace-making state, reliable and equal partner, the President highlighted.
All achieved successes are the results of our fruitful work. I am firmly confident that we would go further shoulder to shoulder working and glorifying our Motherland and enhancing its international authority, that we would achieve all set high targets successfully! – the head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said in conclusion.
In the end of extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers and State security Council of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude for warm congratulation son his birthday and wished good health, family happiness and big success in work to all.
