CONSUL GENERAL OF TURKMENISTAN IN KAZAN TAKES PART IN THE CEREMONY OF INAUGURATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF TATARSTAN

Consul General of Turkmenistan in Kazan (the Russian Federation) Atadurdy Bayramov took part in the ceremony of inauguration of President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov.

Rustam Minnikhanov took an oath of allegiance to the multinational people of Tatarstan. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic Farid Mukhametshin noted the fact that President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Rustam Minnikhanov on his convincing victory in the elections and re-election as President of Tatarstan.
