Let me extend my cordial congratulations on the beginning of work of XIII International online conference on digital economy and innovative technologies in Turkmenistan “Türkmentel-2020”, which is to intensify introduction of advanced technologies, innovative developments and strengthen international partnership in telecommunication sphere as well as to support further integrated development of beloved Motherland.
I wish big success in search for optimal solution of current objectives on integration into international communication system and for new vectors of beneficial cooperation based on friendly dialog and business partnership to all participants of profile forum, which is held in online format in white-marble Ashgabat.
Today, the dynamics of modernization of national economy is defined by the world achievements and innovations in the sphere of high technologies, owing to which the process of social and economic development of Turkmenistan is marked is grandiose successes. Improving digital technological infrastructure, equipment, facility and legal base of national communication sphere according to time requirements, we carry out fundamental reforms and implement big projects in this field.
Positive results in provision of telecommunication sphere with the world standard innovative digital, information and communication technologies in the last years allowed increasing the quality of communication service provided to the population. At the same time, we send significant investments to opening and modernization of profile facilities and establishments solving the objectives for training of qualified specialists.

XIII International online conference for digital economy and innovative technologies “Türkmentel-2020” serves as an important platform for development of efficient mechanisms for provision of cultural and economic rapprochement of the nations, stable development of the states as well as modernization of telecommunication sphere – the factor of innovative progress, implementation of transnational projects and national programs.
Building international fibre optic communication lines, Turkmen state performs the function of transport and communication hub on the Great Silk Road. Forming up strategically important link of transit systems of not only Central Asian region but also in the West – East and North – South directions, these projects support economic development of neighbouring countries.
Invariable following the course toward active expansion of directions of fruitful cooperation, our independent Motherland confidently occupies the place among the states, which achieve high results in all spheres, which raises interest of the world community.
Actively pursuing an open door policy, Turkmenistan together with partner countries takes an active part in restoration of the Silk Road, which used to connect the cultures of the East and West in the past, in new format. I am confident that optimum ways of solution of objectives, which are related to further strengthening and intensification of traditional relations, which are based on the principles of goodwill, friendship and mutual benefits, will be found during the forum.
Foreign organizations, companies and businessmen who are interested in expansion of efficient cooperation in telecommunication sphere take part in specialized forum. I am firmly confident that the forum will be an efficient ground for exchange of practice between national specialists and foreign partners, further establishment of wide-format business dialog as well as for review of beneficial projects, study of new technologies and scientific developments.
