THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN HELD A WORKING MEETING ON THE DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on a digital system with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge of the agro-industrial complex and the khyakims of the velayats.

Tasks related to the implementation of programs for the socio-economic development of the country, as well as issues of preparation for the new 2021-2022 academic year and celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland, organized seasonal agricultural work were discussed for discussion.

Opening the working meeting, the head of state gave the floor to the khyakim of the Akhal velayat Y. Gurbanov, who reported on the preparations for the new academic year, in particular, for the commissioning of 5 secondary schools, as well as the presentation of computers to the first grade students as a gift from the President Turkmenistan.

There was also information about preparations for the celebration of the anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland.

Then the khyakim of the Balkan velayat T. Atahalliyev reported on the work carried out in the region, in particular, preparations for the new academic year in all educational institutions of the velayat and celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.

The khyakim said that on September 1, all first-graders will be presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan - computers whose characteristics meet international standards.

The head of state demanded to properly ensure the organization of the upcoming sowing campaign and addressed the khyakim with a number of instructions to increase the efficiency of the planned work.

During the working meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also considered organizational issues.

In particular, B.Annamammedov was relieved of the posts of khyakim of Avaza etrap of Turkmenbashi city of Balkan velayat and chairman of the Main Directorate for Management of the Avaza National Tourist Zone

Appointing D. Dzhumaev to this position, the head of state dismissed him from the post of deputy khyakim of the Byuzmey district of Ashgabat.

Also, the leader of the nation dismissed H. Ordzhykov from the post of deputy khyakim of the Avaz etrap of the city of Turkmenbashi in the Balkan velayat.

Appointing G. Nyyazov to this position, the President of the country signed a corresponding document on his dismissal from the post of deputy khyakim of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat.

Having sent documents on the digital system to the khyakim of the Balkan velayat, the head of state Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed him with relevant instructions.

Then the working meeting continued with the report of the khyakim of the Dashoguz velayat N. Nazarmyradov on the preparations for the beginning of the new academic year and the seasonal agricultural campaign that was starting the other day - sowing winter wheat.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the preparations for the high-level celebrations to mark the start of the new academic year, during which the first graders will be presented with computers as a gift from the President of the country.

Further, the khyakim of the Lebap velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev reported on the fulfillment of the tasks facing the agricultural sector, the comprehensive measures being taken for the timely sowing of wheat, the supply of high-quality seeds to tenants-grain growers.

Summarizing the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov drew attention to solving the problems facing the agricultural sector of the region, noting the importance of sowing wheat, which starts on September 3, in accordance with agrotechnical requirements. The khyakim was instructed to keep under strict control the issues of preparing land and all agricultural machinery, providing tenants with high-quality seed material.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also instructed to keep under control the organization of celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary of the country's sovereignty.

Further, the khyakim of Mary velayat D. Annaberdiev reported on the preparations for the beginning of the new academic year. It was reported that as part of the celebrations, first grade students will be presented with computers as a gift from the President of Turkmenistan.

The leader of the nation said, that particular attention should be paid to ensuring the proper operational condition of the equipment that will be involved in this campaign, the quality of the seeds, the readiness of other equipment, the leader of the nation said.

The head of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of optimal and timely implementation of the outlined plans for the socio-economic development of the region.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiev reported on the state of affairs in the supervised agricultural sector, the consistent implementation of cardinal reforms aimed at increasing the productivity of the agro-industrial complex and creating favorable conditions for the creative work of farmers.

Speaking about the upcoming sowing of winter wheat, the start of which is scheduled for September 3, Head of State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the future harvest depends on its organized conduct, taking into account all factors, including the selection of seeds, taking into account local soil and climatic conditions.

It is necessary to ensure the proper operational condition of the equipment that will be involved in these campaigns, the readiness of high-quality seeds and other means, the uninterrupted operation of the collection points.

Noting that the year passing under the motto "Turkmenistan is the Motherland of Peace and Trust" is responsible, the leader of the nation drew the vice-premier's attention to the glorious date in the annals of the neutral Motherland - the 30th anniversary of sacred independence. Meeting significant dates with labor gifts is a good tradition of our people. Based on this, courageous cotton growers are working hard these days. Therefore, the important requirements are the care of cotton and high yields.

The President of Turkmenistan also noted that in order to obtain a rich autumn harvest of potatoes and other crops, it is necessary to improve the quality and pace of care for them. In this regard, the head of state instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to keep under strict control the issues of timely implementation of agrotechnical measures in rice fields in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats, as well as in areas planted with sugar beets in Balkan and Mary velayats.

Summing up the results of the workshop, the leader of the nation emphasized that it is necessary to monitor the implementation of the plans outlined in the Program of the country's socio-economic development for 2019-2025 in a number of production areas, having addressed the Deputy Prime Minister and khyakims with appropriate orders.

Concluding the working meeting on the digital system, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished all its participants good health and great success in work in the name of the prosperity of the sovereign Motherland and ensuring the prosperous life of the native people.
