THROUGH THE RATIONAL USE OF RESOURCES

In the fall, in the north of the country, they again expect to get rich harvests of mung bean and noiba. Due to the fact that their short growing season allows these crops to be used as intermediate crops, this year they are planted again as a re-crop after winter wheat. So, one of the largest producers of mung bean, an annual herb of the legume family, in the region is the S. Turkmenbashi etrap, where 700 hectares are allocated for this crop. Noyba was placed here on another thirty hectares. On two hundred hectares, mung bean will also be grown in the etrap named after Gurbansoltan-eje. In total, consuming water sparingly and contributing to an increase in soil fertility, mung bean in the Dashoguz velayat is grown on three thousand seven hundred hectares, and the white variety of noiba beans - on 250 hectares. The farmers hope to repeat last year's success and harvest them much more than planned.

Mass production of leguminous crops, contributing to the provision of the population with high-quality and healthy food products, in the region is achieved through more efficient use of local sown areas.

It should be noted that through the rational use of land and water resources, active sowing of catch crops, the use of spring and autumn planting of certain types of vegetables, the consistent development of a network of greenhouses, the region has made a significant contribution to the implementation of the program to ensure food abundance in the country in recent years.
