FOR POLYMER PROCESSING

In the Dashoguz velayat, there is a network of private industries focused on the processing of domestically produced synthetic polymers.
One of them is the private enterprise “Laçyn ganaty”, located on the territory of the etrap named after S.A. Niyazov. It is capable of manufacturing polyethylene and polypropylene pipes for water supply and sewerage systems by customer orders. The entire process of their manufacture, thanks to the production line installed here, is fully automated. At the enterprise, at the request of the customer, pipes of various diameters, up to 110 millimeters, can be made from high-quality domestic raw materials. All products produced in this way have a number of advantages that ensure their relevance in the market. They are lightweight, strong and durable, corrosion resistant, convenient and easy to install. Raw materials for their production are purchased through the state commodity and raw materials exchange from domestic producers.
The private enterprise "Halyçy gözel", which is now being built in the city, also intends to produce carpets from practical synthetic materials by machine. In addition to other facilities, it will also include workshops for the production of polypropylene thread yarn and acrylic threads from granules. With the commissioning, the enterprise will be able to produce several hundred thousand square meters of carpets and rugs a year.
A member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the individual enterprise “Chemenli dug” also produces wear-resistant and convenient plastic containers for fruit and vegetable products. It manufactures plastic boxes for transporting various crops. For this, an injection molding machine, which is a high-tech full-cycle machine, is used here, which makes products from polymer granules. With a full load of equipment, up to 2 and a half thousand boxes can be produced here per day.
Also in the city of Dashoguz there is a private enterprise for the production of bags from woven polypropylene fabric, the main feature of which is high strength and chemical neutrality, suitability for transportation and storage of various bulk materials, resistance to dampness and the ability to withstand heavy weight. It should be noted that for many years in the city of Dashoguz, a state-owned enterprise, a plant of polymer products, has been successfully operating, capable of manufacturing more than forty types of polyethylene and polypropylene pipes with a diameter of 16 to 315 millimeters and some types of disposable tableware for foodstuffs.
