THE EXHIBITION OF ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY STARTS ITS WORK

Today the Exhibition of achievements of the national economy of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the Fatherland, starts its work in the Expo center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. According to tradition all branches of economy of Turkmenistan, private and state organizations, institutions of social sector were attracted to participation.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed with congratulations to the exhibition participants. He, in particular, noted that “This grand-scale exposition, organized this year, which is placed under the motto "Turkmenistan - the Motherland of Peace and Trust", and in days of massively celebrated 30th anniversary of solemn independence of the Fatherland, will become the visual reflection of grandiose achievements and progressive reforms in the national economy and social sector».

The exhibition expositions starkly illustrate the success of Turkmenistan. Export makes up 60 percent and import – 40 percent in the structure of the foreign trade, that creates the possibility for the replenishment of the strategic financial reserves of the country, such as Stabilization Fund. Among the key factors promoting growth of export abroad of the national production are the trading houses of Turkmenistan operated in multiple countries.

Besides, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the effective advertising of the goods produced in our country through internet, promote the growth of delivery.

It is noted that its tangible contribution in the achievements of the national economy makes the entrepreneurial sector, which continuously ramps up production of the agricultural products and food products. From January to August a growth in this segment made up over 37 percent against level of same period of last year. It is caused by the commissioning of the new processing productions and expansion of the product-line presented in the exhibition.

It should be emphasized that in the framework of the show-exhibition the business negotiations and presentations are actively held, including presentation of the new products of the member-enterprises of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
