In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov decided:

to appoint Senior Counselor of Justice Taganov Merettagan Gurbandurdyevich as the Minister of Justice of Turkmenistan.
