THE RESULTS OF A DRAWING CONTEST ON THE TOPIC “TURKMENISTAN IS THE HOMELAND OF NEUTRALITY” SUMMED UP ASTRAKHAN
On February 18, 2020, as part of the 25th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan celebrated in 2020, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the children's drawing contest was held on the theme “Turkmenistan is the homeland of Neutrality”, which was organized among students of grades 1-5 of the general school named after Makhtumkuli Fraghi, in the village of Funtovo, Privolzhsk district, Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
The event, organized by the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Astrakhan), was attended by the leadership of the Ministries of Education and Science, International and Foreign Economic Relations, the representative office of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Astrakhan, the Administration of the Municipal Formation " Privolzhsk district" of the Astrakhan region, as well as representatives of national societies in the Astrakhan region.
This competition of children's drawings was held to identify talented students at the school named after Makhtumkuli Fraghi in the village of Funtovo, Privolzhsk district, Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation. Prize winners were awarded valuable gifts and diplomas, and the remaining contestants received souvenirs for drawing.
During this solemn event, representatives of the Astrakhan region and residents of the village of Funtovo congratulated the Turkmen people on the 25th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan celebrated in 2020, and expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the constant attention and support to compatriots, including those living in the Russian Federation.
