AN EVENT DEDICATED TO THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF TURKMENISTAN'S PERMANENT NEUTRALITY WAS HELD AT BUKHARA STATE UNIVERSITY
On March 2, 2020, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Uzbekistan held a conference and festive event at the State University of Bukhara dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
The event was attended by diplomats of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Bukhara regional administration, heads of the Bukhara consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, professors and teachers of universities and Turkmen students studying in higher educational institutions of Bukhara.
The speakers of the conference spoke about the importance of domestic and foreign policy pursued by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and widely explained the unique characteristics of the legal status of the permanent neutrality of our country.
At the end of the event, a concert was shown with performances by Turkmen students studying at Bukhara State University.
