WORKING VIDEO CONFERENCE SESSION: SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL WORKS, PREPARATION TO EVENTS ON OCCASION OF THE END OF EDUCATIONAL YEAR
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with participation of hyakims of the velayats and the capital. Priorities objectives of social and economic development, seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to celebration events have been reviewed at the session.
First, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ashgabat Ya. Gylyjov who reported on measures for development of the capital, situation at big construction sites as well as on preparation to the Day of Ashgabat, Last Bell ceremony and other remarkable events.
Having listened to the report, the President noted the necessity of provision of comfort conditions for life of people, integrated modernization of the capital’s infrastructure.
Having addressed the assignments on organization of events dedicated to the Day of Ashgabat and Last Bell ceremony in schools, Turkmen leader requested to provide it on high level. At the same time, the President has focused on preparation to the World Bicycle Day. As is known, the Resolution of declaration of June 3 as the World Bicycle Day was adoped by proposal of Turkmenistan at the 82nd meeting of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly.
This fact indicates high assessment of initiative role of our country in development of sports and physical and health improving movement, international cooperation in this sphere, formation of ecological culture of the society by the world community.
Speaking of this, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered Hyakim of Ashgabat to prepare thoroughly to organize celebration of this event on high level.
Having touched upon the subject of coming summer season, the Head of the State noted the necessity of activation of work for creation of comfortable conditions for proper summer holidays and gave relative assignments to the Hyakim.
After, the President called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Ya. Gurbanov who reported on seasonal agricultural works as well as on the situation at construction sites of the region and organization of coming holidays.
Summing up the report, the President ordered to take all measures for timely completion of proper works at the cotton fields in accordance with agricultural technical standards and addressed assignments on preparation to the wheat harvest.
It was mentioned that it is necessary to make all conditions during harvest season for machine operators, drivers and other personnel participating in the campaign. Continuing, the Head of the State addressed the Hyakim with assignments for cultivation of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
At the same time, the President has focused on the subject of coming summer holidays of children and adults. Speaking of coming Last Bell ceremony in schools of the country, the Head of Turkmenistan addressed assignments for provision of high organization level of events.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has also gave relative orders for putting social and cultural facilities into operation as per the schedule.
Working video conference session was continued by Hyakim of Balkan Velayat T. Atahalliyev who reported on the situation in the region, preparation to the wheat harvest, measures for care of the cotton. It was also reported on the rates of work at construction sites of the velayats and cultural programme of coming remarkable events.
Having listened to the report, the President focused on the importance of timely completion of agricultural works. It is necessary to provide the most effective use of relative equipment and to prepare to the wheat harvest on proper level. In addition, the Head of the State gave directions for cultivation of other agricultural crops.
The President of Turkmenistan gave orders to organize traditional Last Bell ceremony on high level. It is necessary to prepare children health improving and recreation centre of the region for the campers due to coming summer season, the Head of the State said. It was ordered to hold construction of various facilities in the velayat under control.
Further, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat N. Nazarmyradov reported on measures for care of the wheat, cotton and other seasonal works in farms as well as informed on the measures for acceleration of construction rates in the velayat. Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the necessity of timely completion of all planned agricultural technical activities. At the same time, it is necessary to take measures for proper organization of the wheat harvest campaing.
The Head of the State gave instructions for timely completion of agricultural technical activities for production of rich yield of potato, fruit, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops and to take measures for completion of the rice sowing in the region.
Speaking of coming summer season, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to hold the issues related to holidays of Turkmenistan citizens under control and gave assignments for its proper organization.
The Head of the State has also ordered to the Hyakim to provide high organizational level of celebration events on occasion of completion of educational year in schools of the country.
Hyakim of Lebap Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev reported on seasonal agricultural works, which are ongoing on the fields under crops. The head of regional administration has also informed about preparation to summer holiday season and construction works in the velayat.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to hold all agricultural works as well as preparation to coming wheat harvest under control and to provide production of vegetable crops and rice on high level.
Speaking of coming Last bell ceremony in all schools of the country, the Head of the State requested to organize these events on high level.

Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region and seasonal agricultural works. It was also reported on course of construction of number of facilities and measures for organization of coming celebrations and summer holidays.
Having listened to the report, the Head of the State gave number of instructions regarding completion of current agricultural works, having focused on quality care of the cotton and preparation to the wheat harvest. At the same time, it is necessary to complete sowing of sugar beet as per the set timeline and to provide the production of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
Speaking of coming summer holiday season, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that preparation has to be carried out on comprehensive level.
The Head of the State has also ordered the Hyakim to provide high organizational level of celebration events on occasion of the end of educational year and to hold situation at the facilities built under National rural programme under permanent control.
During video conference working session, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the nation and fellow countrymen on occasion of sacred Night of Omnipotence. The Head of the State noted that the Night of Omnipotence is highly respected as a triumph of mercy, prosperity, spiritual purity and humanity.
In the end of working session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished strong health, happiness, family wealth, peaceful and happy life to everyone.
