President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on moving a day off on occasion of the National holiday of spring. In accordance with the Decree: 1. The day off that falls on March 21, 2021 is moved to Tuesday, March 23, 2021. 2.
